General Laudon marching through the village

The War of the Bavarian Succession (1778 - 1779) is known in czech folklor like a war for potatoes and in german language Zwetschgenrummel . One of the best austrian military commanders general Gideon Ernst von Laudon stayed at the Veltrusy chateau several times through this short conflict.
